Gian Luca and I climbed and skied Mount Superior (from the east ridge) at the end of ski season. So, it only seemed fitting to climb the rocky south ridge, to see what that was like, since it was a great October day.
Tracy and I got some new fancy LED Christmas lights that change colors. Its not quite up to Clark Griswald’s standards, but it was still fun setting them up.
Our friends Mike and Daina moved to Oregon where Mike got a job at a company called Amy’s Kitchen. Amy’s makes organic frozen meals, and (to support Mike’s new venture) Tracy and I recently started trying the Amy’s selection…and they’re really good. They work great for us; because Tracy is big into organic and gluten free, while I’m into easy. My favorite one so far is the Broccoli & Cheddar Bake, only five minutes in the microwave:
On Saturday, Tracy and I went to Strut Your Mutt, a charity event to raise money for animal shelters. This year it was at Liberty Park, where everyone walked a lap around the park with their dogs.
